I have a decent size garden at home and I love to work in it. I enjoy feeling the dirt and watching my plants grow. Makes me feel good. Today, I worked with a vegetable farmer.
He was spraying herbicide. I did not want to wear a backpack full of chemicals dripping down my back, so I opted for fertilizing his garden. Here they call everything a plantation. His plants looked so good–eggplant, onion, peppers, pumpkin, tomatoes.
He composts for fertilizer–rice husks, probiotics, and the secret ingredient–chicken poo. You can see his little garden is surrounded by palm oil. Palm oil trees take the water out of the ground. Not sure how much longer he will be able to garden.

After a good tutorial from the farmer, like a pig in slop, I got right in the chicken poo and had a great time fertilizing!!

I do not think he was convinced I would put out fertilizer.

You were well trained for that.
Yes. I had no problems helping with the vegetable farming. He reminded me of when I worked in the garden with Grandma and Grandpa and they would show me what to do in the garden.
They have no idea how muck you love the poo!!
Yep! I was soooooooooooo in on this job!!! Did you watch the video? I wanted to know where my bucket was.
